WELCOME!My name is Laura Farrell and I..... take great pride in my work and wish to make people happy with their purchase. First I am an Artist in painting. I started designing leads as the colors and textures and process are inspiring to me and the BEADS..... Whoa! I love buying beads from other Self Representing Artists as their styles fuel my passion for color combinations and designs. I welcome custom orders! These leads are personal. There are many different color lace available. . I can help you design a lead to suit you and your unique dog!. My Leads I make my leads in 3 different ways in general. (and can make in other ways too. Nothing is written in stone) The softest lead is my 6 lace braid. It is braided without a core. The Kangaroo lace has excellent strength and forming it into a braid with the two extra laces works really nicely in the ring. This also offers different patterns from the traditional 4 lace braid. The next lead is my 100 lb test. It is a 4 lace braided around a nylon core and is my thinnest lead and most commonly used. You can choose up to 4 different leather color combinations for this. Two color leads can be braided into a stripe or spiral pattern or a diamond pattern which uses 3 same color lace with 1 accent color. The last lead is a Wide Lace Lead. This lead is used for Obedience and Rally-O. It is thicker than the conformation leads and the beads are set up by the handle. This keeps the beads out of distraction of the dogs eye and when you hold the handle at your front the beads are set to show off in front of you. Lace colors are ordered as needed (I am building up stock on this type of lace) so allow for enough time for me to get your colors here at the studio. I have in stock black, silver, red and cognac. Any of the regular conformation colors can be ordered. So when deciding on your lead think of they type of dog you have and what will be needed to present him/her with. Due to the custom nature of my leads they are non-refundable but I will work with you if there is an issue with a defect. Natural products can have a mind of their own. These leads are made for the show ring and they serve this purpose only and I cannot guarantee them if your dog breaks it or chews it. I can make all leads with or without clips or rings or if you have a collar you would like a lead braided onto just send it to me. I also offer braided leather Collars to match the leads. My Beads What can I say...... I search the internet for Artists who design their own beads. Each Artist I buy from has a Unique Style all their own. I believe in supporting their work. My focal accents are bought around the world and I only search for the best quality available. I have bought beads as far as australia and china. I use tibetan silver accents, 925 silver accents, crystals and pony type beads. My collection is ever changing and if you have a color combo in mind I can research beads or have them made by one of the artists I buy from if you like a specific bead style.
